About This Blog

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSOS) Graduate Student Blog was created by the Dean’s Graduate Student Advisory Council (DGSAC) to organize and distribute important information to all BSOS graduate students. DGSAC is a working group of graduate students from all graduate departments within the college that meet to discuss issues specific to graduate students in BSOS.

One of our main goals is to recognize the areas of graduate student life that transcend departmental boundaries and have relevance to all graduate students.

This blog is an additional resource for graduate students to refer to when searching for research funding, presentation and conference opportunities, extra-curricular activities, or basic administrative solutions. The blog is authored by each of the graduate student representatives on DGSAC and aims to provide an exhaustive database of information. If you have any questions or find information that you believe should be displayed on the blog, please forward it to your designated representative.
